Data we collect and why

When you unlock content or register for an event we collect first name, last name, company, job title and business email. We use them to grant access to the library, send the confirmation email and manage event attendance (legal basis: pre-contractual relationship and legitimate interest).

If you give marketing consent, we also use your email to send new content and invitations. Consent is optional, separate and can be withdrawn at any time from the link in every email.

Consent record

With every consent we store timestamp, IP address, user agent and privacy notice version, so we can prove its validity.

Retention

Contact data is kept while the relationship is active and no longer than 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Data is processed by our technology providers (hosting, database, email delivery) appointed as data processors. We never sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to privacy@zero11.it: on erasure your personal data is anonymised.
