About us

A group that builds AI — and shows its work

Zero11 Insight Hub is where the Zero11 group puts on record what it learns on the job. Podcasts, guides and webinars produced by the people who design and ship AI systems, B2B commerce platforms and automation — not by people who only write about them.

Why we built this hub

The AI market is long on promises and short on detail. Anyone deciding whether and how to bring AI into their company faces two extremes: general-interest articles that don't help you choose, and technical material that assumes expertise a business owner has no reason to have.

We built this hub to sit in between. Everything we publish comes out of real work: an implementation that worked, one we had to walk back, a metric that changed a decision. We say what we measured, under what conditions, and where the results don't transfer.

We ask you to register. It's how we learn who's reading and who's worth talking to — if your work touches what we write about, chances are we'll end up speaking.

Three companies, one way of working

Zero11 is a Turin-based group that calls itself The AI Martech Company: we put artificial intelligence where it produces revenue — marketing, sales, customer experience, operations. The group comprises three companies, each with its own market and its own voice in this hub.

Zero11

Custom software and system integration

The parent company. Builds custom software for businesses whose processes are too specific for off-the-shelf products: proprietary platforms, integrations between systems that don't talk to each other, vertical applications. This is where the architecture and technical decisions supporting everything else originate.

Here you'll find: webinars on architecture, martech stacks and system integration.

Rewix

B2B e-commerce platform

Our proprietary platform for business-to-business commerce: complex catalogues, customer-specific pricing, recurring orders, dealer and agent networks. Rewix exists because B2B isn't B2C with a discount — it has its own rules, friction and opportunities.

Here you'll find: operational guides on migration, headless architecture and digitising sales networks.

Aiability

Private AI on open-source models

Our AI business unit, with a clear stance: Own Your Intelligence. Open-source models trained on the client's data and deployed inside their perimeter — on-premise or private cloud — so the data never leaves and there's no lock-in. Agents, RAG, fine-tuning and integration with the systems already in place.

Here you'll find: podcasts and webinars on AI agents, private LLMs, RAG and data governance.

Our editorial line, in four points

  1. 01

    Project first, content second.

We don't publish on a topic until we've been through it with a client. If you read about a technique here, someone in the group has put it into production.

  2. 02

    Numbers with their context.

A percentage without the scope it was measured in isn't data, it's marketing. We say how many cases, over what period and under what conditions.

  3. 03

    Including what didn't work.

The implementations we had to redo taught us more than the ones that worked first time. We share them, along with what we understood afterwards.

  4. 04

No content is a disguised sales pitch.

A webinar has to be useful to people who will never call us. If it only exists to sell, we don't publish it.

The voices

Our content is signed by the people doing the work: the ones designing the architecture, training the models, supporting clients in production. No ghostwriting, no anonymous corporate voice.

Where to start

One registration unlocks the whole library. If you're not sure where to begin, these are the most travelled paths.

Artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the way companies and marketers analyze data, understand people, and design increasingly personalized customer experiences. In this webinar, we’ll explore the intersection of AI and MarTech, from the evolution of traditional inbound and outbound marketing models to the use of analytics, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, and AI agents. A journey to understand how data, technology, and artificial intelligence can work together to make marketing smarter, more contextual, and more focused on the customer’s real needs.

In the B2B fashion industry, image quality directly impacts brand perception, conversion rates, and the ability to distribute the catalog across multiple channels and markets. In this webinar, Andrea Bosio of Rewix speaks with Luca Ambrosini, founder and CEO of Shootify, to demonstrate how artificial intelligence can transform the photography process: from still lifes, smartphone photos, or sketches to professional images, AI models, customized settings, and short videos. A practical discussion on quality, costs, speed, visual consistency, international customization, privacy, image rights, and integration with B2B distribution processes.

From emails to orders in just a few minutes: New Penta's AI case study

How can you transform emails, PDFs, scans, and unstructured requests into orders ready for verification? In this case study, we detail New Penta’s digital transformation journey and the project developed with Zero11: an AI solution integrated into business processes that can automatically interpret order requests, recognize customers, products, and quantities, and support customer service in generating pre-orders. A concrete example of AI applied to operations, with measurable results: 70–80% of emails are correctly interpreted, and order processing times have been cut by more than half. Frequently asked questions

Answers to what we get asked most about registration, access and data.

Why do I have to register to see the content?
Because we want to know who we're talking to: if your work touches the topics we cover, chances are we'll end up speaking. Registration is free and happens once.
Do I have to register every time?
No. A single registration unlocks the whole library — podcasts, guides and webinars, in Italian and English. Your access stays valid on the same browser for six months.
I switched computer and I'm being asked to register again.
Under the form there's a "Get your access link" option: enter the email you registered with and you'll receive a link, valid for 24 hours, that restores access on the new device.
Do I need a work email address?
Yes. Personal mailbox domains aren't accepted: this material is written for a professional audience, and a work address helps us understand the context you work in.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Everything on the Insight Hub is free and stays free: no subscriptions, no credits, no paid tier.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to give you access and, only if you tick the dedicated box, to let you know about new material. We never pass it on to third parties. You can ask us to delete it at any time — full details are in the privacy notice.
Will I get emails after registering?
You'll get one email confirming your access, with a direct link to the content. Anything periodic only arrives if you gave consent, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Can I suggest a topic or take part as a guest?
Yes, gladly: write to us through the contact page on zero11.it, telling us the topic and the role you approached it from.
